Umut Bakanoğulları
Umut Bakanogullari is our founder lawyer. Bakanogullari is a versatile lawyer and equally specialized in various regulatory fields. After working at and for most prominent law firms and clients, in their respective sectors, in 2021 he founded AVBA Attorneys at Law.
Umut leads competition law, banking, finance and capital markets law, intellectual property law, technology, media and entertainment law, corporate law and tax law affairs within the firm.
Umut Bakanogullari is admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association since 2018. He is the first Turkish member of the international Blockchain Lawyers Association. Bakanogullari is also a member of 1905 GSYIAD.
